There are some specific items that I can tell you to buy and resell, but all markets are different on each servers so you should find out what´s selling on yours.

There is however a thing that cannot go wrong, buying from gold sellers. These people will unload unbelievable amounts of cheap farmed items in high demand.

These guys can be found on pretty much any server (ours included), and while they can crash some markets they do wonders for others. You'll find that they sell under the market price, even when the market price falls under the vendor price! This can easily be abused and profited from. This is how we got over 1,000 Saronite bars from well under the vendor price.

You just need to glance at the auction house to find the farmers/bots, and when you find them, simply add them to your friends list. You can do this on any market but we focus on Saronite ore. When you see the farmers/bots log on, you throw a few items/stacks on the auction house before they put their stuff up.

We have the bot/farmers added on our friend lists. As it takes them a while to take the auctions from the mailbox you have time to log on to your bank alt. Then we post 3 stacks of Saronite ore for 12g 50s. When they post their actions, sometimes several pages, they post for 9g 80s! If you make them into bars you earn 5g 40s per bar, and you can also prospect them and make rings etc. of the green gems and cut the blues (using the undercutting tactic on the eternal earth that often gets farmed). Or just sell the ores/bars in the trade channel.

For example, I bought 200 stacks of mithril ore for 50% of the market price and resold every stack within a month for 100%-150% market price, thus doubling the gold I spent.

I´ve bought countless stacks of Icethorn / Lichbloom / Adder´s tongue, Saronite ore / mithril ore etc, for 50% marketprice( example icethorn 18 gold per stack) just to resell for normal or even higher price the next week(Icethorn 35 gold per stack)You will find this on every server.

Items that you should look for that often gets sold way under the market price

--Saronite ore (Pyrite Ore / Elementium Ore / Obsidian Ore)

--Any Volatiles, (Earth/Life/Fire/Shadow)

--All high level herbs (Cinderbloom / Azshara's veil / Stormvine / Heartblossom / Twilight Jasmine).
